Hosted Meetings: Sponsor Help Guide

The Hosted Shippers Program may also appear in your sponsorship agreement as Hosted Meetings. These names refer to the same program.

Who can participate?

Participation is available only to sponsors who have contracted a Hosted Meetings package. If you’re interested in adding it to your sponsorship, please contact your Manifest sales representative.

What is the program?

The program is designed to connect participating sponsors with shippers and other buyers whose needs may fit the sponsor’s customer profile. These buyers are available for 15-minute, double opt-in meetings.

How are meetings arranged?

Before the event begins, participating sponsors and buyers can indicate who they are interested in meeting. When both sides opt in, Manifest schedules the match during the Hosted Meetings time listed on the event agenda.

How is this different from the event app?

All attendees can use the event app to request one-to-one meetings. The Hosted Shippers Program is a separate option for sponsors seeking guaranteed scheduled meetings with relevant prospects through the double opt-in process.

What if a meeting does not take place?

Meetings that are not fulfilled will be transferred to Manifest Vegas 2028, according to the program guidelines.
