How Do Turnkey Booth Packages Work for Manifest 2027

Turnkey booth packages are purchased through Manifest as part of your sponsorship contract. T3 Expo does not sell the base turnkey package directly. Once Manifest confirms your purchase, T3 fulfills the booth and coordinates your design selection, graphics, furnishings, available upgrades and onsite build.

Do you already have a turnkey booth in your contract?

If your Manifest contract includes a turnkey booth, complete the T3 fulfillment steps below. T3 will provide the package options, artwork specifications and forms needed to prepare your booth.

Contact your Manifest sales representative or Sponsorsupport@manife.st. Manifest will confirm availability, pricing and any required contract update. Pricing is available in the Manifest 2027 Sponsorship Prospectus.

What is included?

Turnkey packages include the booth structure and custom graphics, package furnishings, standard carpet, one 5-amp electrical drop, event wireless internet, daily booth cleaning, one wastebasket, and setup and teardown labor.

Not included: Audiovisual equipment and additional booth services or upgrades. These items must be ordered separately.

What to do next?

Confirm your purchase with Manifest. Your sponsorship contract must include the turnkey package before T3 can begin fulfillment.

Choose your T3 package option. Review the options for your contracted booth size and complete the requested fulfillment details by December 31.

Prepare and submit your artwork. Follow the T3 artwork template and production requirements. Submit final artwork by January 14.

Select your carpet. Send your carpet selection by January 15.
