How to select a 10x20 in booth selection

Exhibit Hall and Booth Information

• Booths are pipe and drape only (booths 20x20 and larger do not have pipe and drape) – tables and chairs are not included in the space.
• You will need to provide all booth properties; backwalls, counters, branding, electricity, AV, etc.
• The main entrance to the expo hall is noted with an arrow. There is only one entrance and exit to the hall. 
• Lunch will be served at the back of the expo hall, noted with the spoon/fork icons.
• The 1:1 Meeting Zone is where all of the meetings that are scheduled in the app will take place (unless requested to default to your booth).
• The colored spaces in the expo hall are activations. They have been spaced throughout the expo hall to encourage foot traffic evenly to all the booths.
• You can work directly with our General Contractor, T3 Expo, to order everything you need for your booth, including custom booth builds. An Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) which will have all the details for ordering will be sent out shortly.
• The expo hall is not carpeted and Manifest does not provide flooring. The flooring at the Venetian is concrete. Flooring is not required but is recommended.
• The Venetian Expo hall does have columns throughout the space. The location of those can be found on the map. 
• We will have basic wifi in the hall.  This wireless internet access will be good for checking email, etc., but we don’t recommend it if you are doing presentations on the web, using streaming video or need a certain speed or bandwidth.  If you need any of those items, we recommend you purchase a hardline connection. Additional information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM).
