Exhibitor Rules and Regulations

Manifest follows the IAEE Rules and Regulations for exhibitors. The only exception Manifest applies is the max height for island booths 20x20 and larger is 25 ft measuring from the floor to the top of the booth structure or hanging sign.

Please review both the Manifest Exhibitor Rules and Regulations as well as the IAEE Guidelines.

*If you booth does not comply with these rules and regulations, you will be asked to remove certain portions of your booth build on-site. Some examples of non-complicit booths/exhibitors include but are not limited to:

1. Booths 10x20 and smaller with a back wall height higher than 8 ft. You WILL be asked to take your back wall down if it is higher than 8ft.
2. Booths with elements that extend past the size of their contracted space size or extend into an aisle.
3. Booths with elements that violate line of sight requirements or encroach on/disturb their neighbors.
4. Booths 10x20 and smaller with any sort of rigging. Rigging is limited to island booths 20x20 and larger.
5. Kiosk exhibitors with any kind of free-standing signage, displays, or monitors. All exhibiting materials and monitors needs to be able to fit on your counter.
