Turnkey Booths

Our booth builder/general contractor, T3 Expo, will be producing your turnkey booths. They will be reaching out to the primary contact(s) for your sponsorship to onboard you into the turnkey portal in the exhibitor kit where you will decide which turnkey options you’d like and provide specs on any graphic elements required.


All graphics for your turnkey booth must be submitted AND approved by 01/16/26.


Your Turnkey Booth Includes: 

  • Choice of Turnkey Booth Option A or B
  • Backwall Graphics
  • Furniture
    • Your choice of Turnkey Booth Option A or B will affect what furniture is included
  • Standard Carpet (Standard color of your choice)
  • (1) 5 Amp Power Drop at the back of the booth
  • Standard Event WiFi
  • Setup and Teardown Labor and Labor Costs

Items that are NOT Included:

  • Monitors
  • Additional Power
  • Hardlines or Dedicated WiFi
  • Carpet Padding
  • Booth Cleaning

Additional Information: 

  • T3 Expo will be your one stop shop for any and all Turnkey Booth communications. They will be able to tell you what is and is not customizable as well as assist your with ordering additional items which include: 
    • Monitors
    • Extra Power or Internet
    • Carpet Padding
    • Additional Furniture (Limited Options)
  • Should you decide to remove elements of your Turnkey Booth, you may do so but no refund will be given for those items. 
  • T3 Expo will be sending you an email with access to a portal to make your selections and upload graphics. It will come from help@t3expo.com. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder and contact the help email to have that re-sent to you. 
  • Certain customizations or upgrades are possible but will incur an additional cost to you. 
  • Your booth will be set and complete on Sunday, February 9th by move-in time at 1:00 PM. Please note that this refers to the booth structure (backwall, graphics, counter) and some items such as stools or wastebaskets may arrive later.

  • If you have any issues or questions onsite, you can visit the T3 Service Desk at the back at the Expo Hall.
