How do I Register my staff and clients?

Sponsor staff and client registration for Manifest 2026 will be done on our Manifest Sponsor Portal. Credentials to login will be sent to the primary contact listed on your contract. The portal access emails containing credentials will be sent from the address sponsorsupport@manife.st.


Keep in mind that staff passes are for those employed at a sponsor’s company only. Please do not register anyone who is not one of your employees with these passes. Similarly, client passes are for clients of the sponsoring company and not to be used to register additional staff. Complimentary passes are not available to those who have already registered, vendors or sponsor staff. Job titles including, but not limited to, sales, marketing, business development, solutions, commercial and revenue will not qualify for complimentary client passes.


Additional passes can be purchased in the Manifest 2026 Sponsor Portal using the self-service URL at the bottom left of the ticket pop-up window for $2,195.00 each. 


Step 1

Find the Sponsor Portal Access email. Click on the link https://manifest-2026.sponsor.connects.at/ and login with the credentials provided.


Step 2

You will see 3 tabs at the top: Home, Company Profile, and Task List. Click Task List to complete your registration tasks.

Step 3

For both client and staff passes, you have 2 options. You can either 1) Fill out the attendee information yourself manually or 2) Use the Self Service Registration URL. 


Option 1 Manual Registration:

  1. To fill out your staff or client attendee information yourself, please click either the staff or client pass tasks. A pop-up window will appear that will allow you to add your attendees and see those who have already been added. 
  2. Click the Add Client/Staff button which will extend the window and request all pertinent information. You do not have to select the Ticket Type as it is automatically set to the correct designation. 


  1. Once you have filled in the appropriate information, scroll down and click Send Pass. You will be taken back to the popup that shows who has been added to your passes. Registration Confirmation emails are automatically triggered to guests once they have been added.
  2. If you still need to add other clients or staff members, continue to hit the Add Pass button and fill out your passes until you are finished. 

Option 2 Self Service URL Registration:

  1. To send your clients or staff a link to register themselves, please click either the staff or client pass tasks. A pop-up window will appear that will allow you to add your attendees and see those who have already been added. 
  2. On the right side of the popup, there will be a button that says Self Service Registration Url. By clicking that button it will copy the link to your clipboard so you can paste it to your clients and staff.

*Note: The Self Service URL for staff passes will ask the attendee if they want “to consume one of these free Staff Passes for this registration?” Click yes here to complete your registration. If you have used all your free passes, you can purchase additional passes with this link at the $2,195 sponsor rate.

Step 4

The email address on each registration will get a confirmation email to “activate” their pass. You will be able to make changes to any of the client or staff passes you create yourself but not ones that have been created via the Self Service Registration URL. 


Step 5

Changes to tickets can be made with your email and ticket reference ID # at this link https://manife.st/update-registration/ which can also be found in your Registration Confirmation - Manifest 2026 email.
